Summer Trip to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Day 4

Day 4 of the trip, our group spent the majority of the day leaving Nicaragua and crossing the border into Costa Rica. The most interesting part of this day was that all along the wide green landscape there was windmill after windmill. Apparently, Nicaragua is trying to increase their percentage of clean energy usage. Another interesting fact: our bus was driving along the Pan-american Trail, which stretches from Alaska all the way down to Argentina!
